Sponsorships  

For the first time, the U.S. Sustainable Winegrowing Summit will be held in a hybrid format. We are pleased to offer the sponsorship opportunities outlined below to companies and organizations that provide services and products to vineyards and wineries aiming to enhance their sustainability practices. The conference will take place April 30 - May 1, 2024 at Wine & Roses in Lodi, California. Sponsoring our Summit will get your brand in front of wineries, vineyards, sustainability associations, vendors and wine media from across the country.

All Sponsorship Tiers Include: 

• A sponsor profile on the Summit website including your logo, a promotion, links to two resources (e.g., a PDF brochure, video, etc.), your website url, social channels and contact information (phone/email) 

• complimentary tickets (quantity varies based on sponsorship tier) 

• advertisement in an interactive event program (size varies based on sponsorship tier) 

• logo included on lists of sponsors on Summit main web page (and included in the archived 2024 Summit page) 

• logo on signage presented at mealtimes 

• logo (or business name depending on the sponsorship tier) in email communications 

• logo on an event poster

Limited to two sponsors

Includes everything listed here and:  

• Full-page advertisement in event program 

• Your logo (linked) included in Summit email communications 

• Your logo included on the "Thank you to our Sponsors" slide 

• Your logo included in campaign print ads with media sponsor

• Opportunity to have a 6' exhibitor table

• Opportunity to place pop-up banners in foyer or meeting spaces

• Four tickets to attend the Summit
